I know you have a story in you!

I promise you will be inspired to move to action before the end of this day...

If you've ever taken the time to think about who you are, what makes you tick, and why you are special, you would not only discover that you have a story to tell; you would realize someone needs to hear it. Human beings are inspired by the resilience, courage and tenacity of others; so much so that we can experience excitement, fear, elation, happiness, and sadness when observing others navigate their special moments, trials, and tribulations of life - even when it's not real.

Think about your story - something you've overcome - something you accomplished, and share it. The hard part is getting started, so I'm going to give you a little template to help you out. Start by identifying ten (10) facts about yourself that make you who you are. It might help to do it in chronological order, as it is sometimes easier to remember things in a linear fashion. Keep each fact to a sentence or two (you can always expand later). Undoubtedly, you will capture the most memorable and impactful moments of your life (good, bad, or indifferent). Moments which, when shared, will prove highly valuable and inspiring to someone else.

Keep writing - Just don't give up, as you have something to say. Feel free to expand upon your ten facts, as needed and watch a few sentences begin to form a story. In some instances, each fact may represent a chapter in your life that deserves a lot more attention. Don't be shy, tell your story and, by example, inspire someone else to do the same. Writing is one way to leave your mark on the world in an up close and personal way. Do not deprive the world of your experience, as you never know who it might help!

Remember: You are the writer of your own story and no one can tell it like you!

Mom, your inspirations have given me life time after time. I can't find the words to express the gratitude that I have for the selfless love you have shown me when I felt like the world was against me. Our story is a book all by itself! Your transparency will undoubtedly inspire others as it has deeply impacted and inspired me....many times over!

Congratulations Angel for your transparency and willingness to help others live their best lives. As your mother, I have lived “with and through” your “pain with a purpose”. I’ve been inspired and grown beyond my expectation...for that I am eternally grateful. You’re doing God’s work and I couldn’t be more proud,
